Job Description

As a Digital Designer for JM&A Group you’re responsible for delivering effective, on-brand, and on-strategy creative deliverables. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about innovation, new technology and excels in a multitude of disciplines. This ever-evolving role requires someone who is constantly updating their skills and expertise and has the passion to propel JM&A Group to the forefront of digital innovation.


On the job, you will:

  • Drive digital best practices in the production of websites, landing pages, digital user experiences and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop functional and appealing digital deliverables that comply with usability, accessibility and web standards.
  • Ensure brand continuity in visual messaging across digital and print customer touch points while applying a mobile first mind set.
  • Utilize knowledge of design techniques and principles to produce graphics, identity and environmental designs, and other offline graphics.
  • Work with management to translate marketing objectives into compelling campaigns and designs that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Work autonomously and in a collaborative, team-based environment to conceptualize, strategize, design and prototype design solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and help generate and execute exciting ideas that will streamline our processes and add value to our business and to our customers.
  • Propose style, format, production and timelines for project requests and execute from concept to completion.

We will value your:

  • Knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, web and mobile standards, digital marketing and the creative process.
  • Understanding of the web development process, including design, development and deployment and basic back-end knowledge to code and troubleshoot when needed.
  • Professionalism and solid communication skills needed to meet with internal clients and senior management to translate campaign strategies and solutions effectively.
  • Independent management of workload, deadlines, accuracy, attention to detail and quality of work produced, while following defined policies and processes.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated, flexible and adaptive to change.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in-house, agency or
  • Bachelor’s degree in web, interactive, digital design or related work experience
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in CSS, HTML and JavaScript
