The Salesforce Administrator position requires a candidate with strong business acumen and the talent to be part of a team supporting user groups and business improvement initiatives for an enterprise level CRM system.
The Salesforce Administrator will configure and maintain, and provide technical support for the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Communities and Callidus CPQ, and to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet business needs for those departments using Salesforce. The Administrator will be responsible for user support and continuous improvement of the Salesforce tool for user groups such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations internal teams (600+ users). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
