    Job Description

    We are seeking candidates for JM&A Group's Accelerated Career Enhancement (ACE) Leadership Development Program, which is designed to mold future automotive industry leaders from the ground up. This position will take candidates with limited to no automotive experience and place them in JM&A partnered dealerships across the country, teaching them the fundamentals of dealership operations that they'll leverage throughout their career. Candidates will be asked for up to an 18-month commitment, working the dealerships schedule, and following the store's processes. They will receive continuous training from JM&A, the Dealership, and the Manufacturer to ensure success.

     

    This is a competitively paid position and associates will be held accountable to various learning, performance, and sales objectives. They will report to directly to JM&A but will also be accountable to dealership management. Upon completion of the program, ACE associates will have opportunities to transition into various areas of JM&A's national sales team where they will be responsible for dealership business acquisition and dealer personnel training of JM&A processes.

     

    Candidates must be willing to travel and/or relocate.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow a rotation in the Accelerated Career Enhancement (ACE) program to develop management skills and learn the fundamentals of dealership operations
    • Complete various training led by the business unit, automotive dealerships, and automotive manufacturers to learn the process of selling vehicles and Finance and Insurance (F&I) products
    • Accountable for achieving learning objectives, performance metrics, and sales objectives
    • Perform day-to-day task of various dealership roles
    • Reports to business unit and dealership management

    Job Requirements

    • College degree with 0 to 3 years of professional experience strongly preferred
    • Entry level sales experience a plus
    • Driven individual with ability to persuade and influence while being solution focused
    • Excellent verbal and written ability
    • Must show initiative towards continuous improvement
    • Must be an individual who is adaptable, has critical thinking skills, and maintains customer focus
    • Must display professionalism
    • Willingness to work non-traditional hours to meet business needs
    • Willingness to travel and/or relocate
