The Product Development Department supports sales efforts by maintaining and developing F&I products to be sold by our dealer customers. The department's primary activities include: evaluating current product performance, developing new products, benchmarking product pricing and coverage in the marketplace, ensuring products are in compliance with state requirements, developing and maintaining product forms/contracts, acting as a point of contact on all product related inquiries, facilitating Annual Product and Pricing review and product roll out initiatives.  This is a critical, high volume and fast paced department.     The Sr. Product Operations Specialist will support the form creation process by partnering closely with internal and external teams to create and/or modify JM&A product forms.  This effort includes but is not limited to typesetting, approval routing, eform creation.  The Specialist will be responsible for mitigating risk through the review process by utilizing various systems, resources and developing a deep understanding of JM&A products, Lender and State regulations. The Specialist must have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.      This associate will support the ongoing development of systems, processes, workflows and audit reviews.  This position requires a process-oriented mindset, with the experience and ability to improve processes, maintain open lines of communication and develop strong working relationships with JM&A departments and Lenders.  Critical components of success include maintaining a high level of attention to detail, customer service, a strong process orientation, and drive for strong results.      Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  - Mitigate risk by auditing and interpreting the form request  - Use of Adobe InDesign to create JM&A product forms including typesetting, approval routing, and eForm file format creation  - Set up forms and their respective contract details in Mainframe  - Maintain Lender relationships and facilitate approvals for forms  - Facilitate forms creation workflow and approval process including state and lender approvals to ensure launch deadlines are met  - Collaborate with various associates and departments to ensure form content and system set up is legally compliant and accurately represents the product attributes    - The ideal associate for this position will be able to collaborate with various department stakeholders including Field Support, Account Acquisition, Legal and Compliance, Pricing Setup and Claims   - Additionally, this associate will have the opportunity to support various other Product Development initiatives as they arise  - Evaluate current process to identify opportunities for improvement  - Project management

Our Customer Services team provides support to the many JM&A dealer relationships, individual contract holders and independent repair facilities. Our team is comprised of both claims and payment analysts, along with customer service representatives who assist in transactions ranging from contract coverage questions, processing claims and payments to support of our online tools. As these groups rely on one another within the Call Center, collaborative efforts and communication are critical to the success of the team as a whole. As a Supervisor of Customer Services, we want an individual who can motivate and encourage participation to achieve company objectives concerning claims authorization, customer service delivery, and productivity. The supervisor will review results of key performance indicators and utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities to bring positive change, engaging with their teams, and staying in alignment with key business and operational initiatives.   The supervisor will also assist analysts in the resolution of difficult and complex claim situations. Communicate effectively using verbal and written skills with retail and wholesale customers, repair facilities, and non-related parties both internally and externally. The supervisor will also be involved in projects at times that require initiative, follow through, and attention to detail. The supervisor is responsible for department goals and objectives and making recommendations to management to work towards continuous improvement.   Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and development opportunities for associates. Ensure feedback, coaching and development is provided to associates on an ongoing and regular basis. - Provide support as it relates to operational impacts of Mechanical Claims evolution with technology and how we will support the way dealers/customers want to communicate with JM&A in the future. - Continuously evaluate key performance indicators and associate related reporting tools, and observations of team to look for opportunities for process improvements - Maintain process, procedures, reporting to ensure efficiency and meeting of department performance objectives and service levels. - Ensure department impacts are known and communicated with teams. - Work on special projects as they relate to key initiatives and process improvements - Point of contact for escalations and claim disputes and must provide customer support and resolution to both customers and internal Field Representative #LI-JD1

The JM&A accounting team is looking for a Sr. Accounting Analyst to support Statutory Accounting Reporting for Investments, GAAP compliance as well as general accounting functions.   Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Responsible for Statutory Accounting Reporting for Investments. This includes system set up, journal entries, preparing statutory reporting schedules, preparing footnotes, Model Audit Rule compliance, applying new regulatory requirements, and analysis/understanding of GAAP to STAT accounting differences. - Responsible for Data Integrity in the CAMRA Investment Accounting software. This includes ensuring critical fields are populated to meet regulatory requirements as well as accurate accounting records for various accounting books. - Responsible for the Investment Impairment Process. This includes developing an understanding/knowledge of GAAP and STAT impairment rules, a quarterly review of investments for impairment, an annual review of investments in loss positions, determining securities to be evaluated, participating in calls with the Investment Managers, communicating to management the recommendations, impairing securities and updating cash flows on an ongoing basis. - Participate in the month end close process. Responsible for the workflow process in CAMRA to close system, analysis and preparation of files and reports used in the month end close process, timely and accurate journal entries. - Responsible for development and implementation of process improvements to improve controls and further automate processes. - Ensure compliance with Model Audit Rule (SOX) which includes documenting policies, procedures and controls. - Assist with annual financial statement audit, including preparing requested audit schedules, providing account information, and answering auditors' questions. - Develop a thorough understanding of all aspects of Investment Accounting to serve as a backup to other positions in the department.
